WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We always aim to get it delivered to you ASAP. Delivery time depends on the product and your location. It normally takes 7-12 days for orders to arrive. As much as we would like to, postal and courier processes are out of our control and in rare cases (high volumes of post or unforeseen circumstances) it might take up to 28 days for the order to be delivered. Please contact us at anytime at email@example.com if you have questions about your order status.
If you ordered multiple items, it would not be unusual to receive multiple packages at slightly different times. We source items from all over the globe to get the best quality at the best price.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
After you have made your purchase, online you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order. Depending on the vendor, tracking information may not be available. You can always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the status of your order.
DO RUBBERBAITS ACTUALLY SHIP MY PRODUCTS?
RubberBaits do not ship any of your orders. Our partners ship the products fast and free from their warehouses directly to you. If you have any questions or concerns, we can be reached 7 days a week at email@example.com or via Facebook Messenger on our Facebook page.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has been processed. Once your order is ready for shipment, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order. However, you can return your order after you receive it.
REFUNDS/RETURNS - 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
Items that arrived damaged can be returned within 30 days. Please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to authorise a return. RubberBait’s guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Due to the high demand of our products, we ship them as soon as they are in stock. If you placed a multi-item order, you may receive multiple packages from multiple vendors.
